CRITERIA FOR NOMINEES
1. THESE ARE THE CRITERIAS FOR NOMINEES
- The nominee must be a Roman Catholic male
- The nominee must possess personal nobility of gentility;
- The nominee should be at least 20 years old;
- The nominee who is married must validly married (according to the Catholic Church) with a women of good breeding;
- The nominee must be armigerous (with their arms duly registered in Spain);
- The nominee must possess nobility in the male line;
- The nominee must pay the administration fee after positive decision by the chancellery:
2. THESE ARE DISQUALIFICATION CRITERIAS AUTOMATICALLY FOR NOMINEES
- False or fake aristocrats;
- False or fake titles of nobility;
- False or fake awards / honors / orders / academic titles etc.;
- Membership in universities, institutions, educational institutions, etc. which do not have accreditation from government agencies;
- Intrigues which are not allowed by the national law;
- Membership and / or connection to shady organizations and / or Degree Mills, etc.;
- Negative entries in the police certificate/clearance;
- Injuries of international law and human rights;
- Existence of prior criminal convictions;
- Existence of loads of civil or criminal proceedings pending before the courts;
- Having engaged in known usurping activities;
- Applications lodged under false pretences;
- Membership in any self-styled or false orders of chivalry;
- Involvement in / part of any criminal, satanic, racist, or anti-Christian organizations or associations;
- Involvement in / part of cults or sects;
- Usurping the titles, rights, privileges, or armorial bearings of another
If false statements / misrepresentations / false information’s are made and if they are announced later, this will result in immediate revocation of the transferred office and / or honors, orders, etc. etc. etc..
